Extraction
The extraction process is made exclusively with a diamond yarn. Loaded and transported carefully to the manufacturing site where they are processed.

 

Sawing
Once the blocks are in the manufacturing zone they are cut in smaller blocks and then they are moved to the Finishing area.

 

Splitting
In this process the blocks are opened until pieces with the adequate thickness are obtained.

 

Cutting
In this operation slate is cut either with machines or manually to give it its final shape.

 

Packing
Finally, the slate is packed in pallets, especially designed to avoid breakage during transportation. Then the pallets are labeled for identification purposes.
